A highlight of our time in Shenzhen was staying here - 5 stars to everything - the accommodations (rooms, pool, restaurant, gym) are beautifully decorated, modern, and clean. The breakfast is AMAZING! But the best part of all is the staff. Everyone greeted us with a smile, offering amazing service without once feeling intrusive. The staff we talked to knew our faces and names from the minute we checked in and were very helpful in booking transportation and with recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. No level of service will ever compare, and we will definitely be back!
