携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 K***p 2018-02-21I think Hilton SHENZHEN needs to improve its facilities and service concept. Gym is adequate but not good enough considering the hotel rate is charging. Food quality at the cafeteria (2nd floor) is OK but quality definitely just pass the minimum acceptance level. So is the service level, waiter and waitress do not have the requiring training and definitely the service concept. The attitude is ok though.
