携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 1***2 2018-05-04I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at A*** Hanzhou from Apr. 29th to May. 1st 2018 I took my family on our holiday trip, and since we have two babies, I wanted it to be safe and comfortable. Hotel ***ager Eddison and his staffs did not disappoint me. Hotel staff, Kidd prepared a room which was comfortable, safe and convenient for our stay. He also arranged a morning tour of West Lake which we thoroughly enjoyed riding on a boat with morning coffee. With our 2 year old son and 5 months old baby, we thought that it would be almost impossible to enjoy high-end hotel like A***, but Kidd and Spa ***ager Gift dedicated to arrange family friendly activities and customised program for us so staying in A*** Fayun Hanzhou actually enhanced our Hanzhou vacation experience. Every staff member whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including Cici. We had a wonderful 3 days vacation, and I have recommended A*** Fayun to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.
