携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 _***4 2019-07-05本来都不想写差评因为没特别好没特别坏我也不是习惯写评论的人。okay I don’t wanna even write a comment about this hotel, cuz it’s not good or bad before the hotel staff asked me to write a fake 5 stars comment. Honestly I don’t like the lobby when I came in, then is the smell in the room, I chose the nonsmoking level btw. About the room design, the bathroom is very strange to me. My friend and me don’t like the pillows either. We found the breakfast place is nice and waiter asked as if we wanted coffee or tea, we chose coffee but when we were about finished, we didn’t see the coffee at all. Why am I writing this 1 star comment? I was gonna choose 0 or -5 stars! When we were walking to the lift, someone wanna advertising the hotel moon cakes and wanted to add our WeChat. What’s more ridiculous? A hotel staff walked in the lift and asked us to scan the code and she even touched our phone screen wanna click the 5 stars and watch us write the 50 words comments. Luckily my signal is bad so it takes long time to load the whole website, the women won’t let us go back to room and when other guests asked her about hotel level and room cleaning, which as a staff should do, but she focused on our phones. I don’t wanna blame her here, the person who made her to this job, the ***agers... You really need to think about: what do you really should to do can make us guests to write a good comment for real, if we don’t want to, what can you improve in the future, you need advice, not fake comment so bring money in. If you provide the better service, you can get more guests :) 我们住的楼层是无烟的但进房间的味道很奇怪，再是房间设计很不喜欢这个卫生间，其次是枕头我和朋友都睡不习惯没睡好，窗外风景也不好虽然我们只住一夜一千四这个价钱真的性价比不高。早餐还行但入座的时候问了要咖啡或茶我们要的咖啡等人走了都没上这个服务还不是最堪忧的出早餐厅的时候被推荐月饼，要上楼搭电梯的时候一个阿姨让你扫二维码写好评！电梯信号差她还跟着你到那个楼层让你换自己的网写真的无语，与此同时有其他客人咨询去哪个楼清洁房间这些我认为是她的本职工作的时候，她一直专注着你的手机而敷衍他们，我想回房间休息她也挡着我的路。下次真的不会来住也不推荐我的朋友们来住。我不想责怪这个工作人员特别是当你们经理看到这条评论会觉得是这些服务人员的错，不反而是你们安排工作的经理应该考虑清楚你们到底要做的是什么？你们应该加强服务水平而不是安排他们来让我们写假的五星好评，就算要写评论你们也应该问有什么需要改进的而不是一上来就要好评，我没有住过其他酒店碰到这种情况，你们真正让客人住的舒服开心了评论会差吗住的人会少吗我知道酒店是要赚钱但我们也想花钱花得开心。
