携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 E***3 2018-06-17Bad services of Front office and housekeeping. My first time being blamed for hotel mistakes. I do my reservation 2.40 pm andarrived hotel 5.30 pm. Hotel did not find my reservation, she make a call (maybe reservation dept and get answer) then she asked me to wait said reservation hasn’t been key in to system. Waited about 7 min no signal yet;Im asking do hotel has welcome drink? She said you can have drink in lounge but did not give me the voucher. Then she add: my price is cheap and is the good price. And next time ask me to re check with travel agent whether my hotel reservation has been confirmed with hotel or not.. ?!! Second thing is bath gel. Small thing but will become annoying when you took bath and dont have it right? I do bath shower with bath gel poured inside. I need another bottle to take shower after it. I asked it since I soak in bathtub till I finished my shower ( not ***y choice, I used bath soap from wastafel)has not come. It come when I have cone out the bathroom. Which is useless right? I dont know what will happen for tomorrow breakfast service. I can imagine they will provide 1001 reason for their bad services. Not recommended hotel and will not come back in future.
