携程网(Ctrip)住店用户王***博 2016-12-20高大上。。房间好豪华。。从没住过这么豪华的房间。。感觉当皇帝一样。。。浴缸好大。。差点把我淹死。。。送的苹果好好吃。。差点把舌头吞了。。连送的矿泉水都是高大上品牌中梁山。。带着一丝丝甜味。。。整个酒店大的吓死人。。。出来遛的请带好指南针小心迷路。。。反正就是号好。。前台美女一个比一个赛天仙。。服务又好。。见你一次就打个招呼您好。。不微笑回礼你都不好说你是城里来的。。所以。。你会把头点酸。。声音也甜美。。。个个走路像踩着云朵飘。。开电瓶车的帅哥。。会带你体验速度与激情。。会带你漂移。。会让你找到范迪塞尔的感觉。。棒。。棒的很。。同样处于北碚的柏联。。跟这儿比。。完全就是个招待所。。。。

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户王***博 2016-12-20真的很好。。。富丽堂皇。。。古色古香。。。欧式里带点中式。。嘿。。中式里又夹着欧式。。低调的奢华。。前台美女。。服务态度又好。。又耐心。。还送饼干。。还特好吃。。酒店的马桶上方便了居然都不用纸的。。好神奇哦。。我长那么大都没见过诶。。。。还是热的。。不怕冬天冷到屁股了。。真的很好。。。早餐也特好吃。。煎的培根倍儿棒。。。还有人给你跳舞看呢。。。酒店火锅和西餐也帮棒。。包你吃了以后什么米其林都是浮云。。中餐厅也帮棒。。嘿蛋炒饭都是蛋包着饭。。特别GOOD 。。让我想起了妈妈的味道。。。太棒了。。。赞赞赞。。。

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 r***豆 2016-12-19酒店真的好远……周边啥也没有……从解放碑打车过来大概150。不过休假来讲，就在酒店吃吃喝喝，泡泡温泉还是不错的，虽然吃的有点贵，但味道是不错的，温泉不错，不过房间里的池水特别黄，只泡了一次，没敢多泡。陪父母住了两天，感觉还是不错的

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 _***6 2016-12-17年底在重庆工作之余陪朋友去北碚休息一天，选了悦榕庄的露台房，酒店直接升级至别墅房！当天下着淅淅沥沥的小雨，在小雨中泡汤的感觉很好！酒店的房间分布在错落有致的峡谷里，电瓶车接送很方便。午餐吃的中餐的零点，酸汤鱼不错，龙虾做法唯有焗，口味一般！但是其他的菜品都很好！早餐丰富多样，味道好！两点遗憾，电源插座不好用、配品都是大包装没办法带走，只好把精美的拖鞋带走作为纪念了！

观点：感觉很好房间房间不错位置方便鱼不错菜很好味道好

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 _***0 2016-12-17前台给了一个升级，第二天我们又续住了。第二天还是只能按照升级房的价格付费。住了很多次悦榕庄，第一次住重庆的，感觉还是有些失望。品质和细节还是很粗糙的。因为这次是和外国的朋友来入住的，酒店员工却没什么人讲英文。高潮来了，酒店的中餐厅很坑爹。火锅300一位，但是食材质量相对其他五星就很low了，吃完后我和我朋友狂拉肚子，第二天还得去趟医院。我们吃到一半就去了西餐厅了，自助餐300一位，食物感觉放很久了，不新鲜，吃了15分钟服务员就来催我们买单。感觉餐厅拉低了这个悦榕庄，而北碚悦榕庄拉低了整个悦榕庄品牌。The front desk gave us a free upgrade, and the second day we extended the stay, which required us to pay for the full price for the upgraded room. As a guest who has stayed at Banyan Tree hotels for many times, I tried the Chongqing Beibei Banyan Tree for the first time. While the facilities, room, naturous view, and hot spring were very nice, the service and quality were indeed a dissapointment. The quality and the attention of this hotel addressed to details are seriously lacking. I'm staying with an American friend, but we were barely able to find anybody who speaks English here to communicate regarding our concerns and basic requests. What completely frustrated us was the food at this hotel, the sanitation and quality of the food are really concerning, not to even mention about the expensive price. We went to the so called western resturant which let us down even more. Especially the hotpot, and its food looked and tasted like they were horded in a fridge for such a long time. Ultimately we ended up suffering from diarrhera. Although this sub-division hotel has nice decor, its quality and service just do not match with the brand and its so called "reputation". We certainly are just not satisfied with our experience here.
