携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 a***r 2018-08-08I was in the hotel for 2 days. Were there on Sunday till Tuesday. Was initial quite upset about the responds from the Service Department. Asked for a comb, shaver and also told them that the toilet flush was spoilt and cannot be flush at about 10mins before 4pm. Went out for a meeting and back at 7pm, nothing was taking care of. Need to rush out for Dinner at 4th floor Chinese Restaurant, after coming back at 10pm still nothing was done. Got upset and called the Service Department again.
Within 3 mins, the Duty ***ager came back to me, apologised for the inconvenience and upgrade me to a suite. Initially, i decline but glad that i have the experience of the suite. Very good quality and tastefully decorated Suite. Will definitely recommend my boss to stay.
And hope that when i get back there on 20th August and this month end, i will be well received. Just to give credit to a couple of people, the duty ***ager on the 6th August evening about 10pm and Mr. Pianco Peng. Well done and keep up the good work. Last but not least, a truly 5 ***** Hotel.
