携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 携***糖 2017-06-10We ordered a bottle of wine during dinner in seafood house, during the entire dinner there is no one doing service for the wine unless you really order for that. During after dinner to Red, no one welcome and we sit down for more than 5 minutes and order a drink. Later on a waitress come and inform us the table is reserved and ask us to move, what a Hyatt service! 服务超级差 点酒完全没有员工做服务 去Red也没有员工接待 已经坐下至少五分钟并且点单了 还赶我们走 说这个桌子被人预约了 服务实在不敢恭维
