携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 D***4 2018-07-23The team and product should be improved to meet the stars given. The hotel staff weren’t professionally trained. There was a press conference held during my stay; I passed by the outside of the hall room to the restroom, and I was stopped and investigated by a few staff. Also, the room service should be delivered and serviced by the same gender staff to avoid any unnecessary incidents (most international hotels send their staff to deliver the dishes according to the gender of guest in the room). The desserts served in the cafe on the ground floor should be improved a lot. The taste and texture were disappointing indeed. On the other hand, the Chinese elements were perfectly emerged in the design from lobby to rooms. Fantastic! And I’d definitely order the Middle East salad if I stay at the same hotel again.
