携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 住***酱 2017-06-03费尔蒙是我住过多次的品牌,也很习惯这个品牌了,算得上资深老顾客,但这一次的住店经历甚是不愉快,在大堂遇到的一些不尊重的情况,并且,继续向经理反映,他的答复也是模凌两可的,对待顾客应该是耐心的,礼貌的,而不是如此的沟通方式,很失望。
I am not satisfied with this time's experience. You guys do not respect the customers. The way you communicate with us ought to be patient and polite,but i didn't get this kind of service. As a regular cilent ,i feel really upset.
