携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 i***i 2016-03-19房间很大，每次去北京基本都住这里，早餐一般。位置不错，适合出差，离地铁站也不远，交通还算方便。服务员的水平及态度有待改善。

携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 b***j 2016-03-18Don＇t agree that this is a 5-star hotel. Non-smoking floor...but full of smoke; staff don＇t control guests to smoke...excuse is not much they could do. Swimming pool appears nice however the changing room is a bit disappointed...the shower room is dirty and it is more a 3-star club; Breakfast service is a bit strange....nice that the captain/manager asked me if I would like to order fried eggs which I did. Nothing happened after 20 minutes then I was told I was supposed to go get it myself. Very strange service. Overall, a 3.5 start hotel max. Not recommended for visitors looking for a 5-star hotel.
