携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 1***9 2018-12-04Loc..central, convenient Room..we picked exective room for space n its wonderfully spacious enough. Dry-wet are separated, comfy bed. Bad facing.. extremely hot due to north facing. Poor lighting.. toilet n basin's lights r connected, at night when one went to the toilet, the bright light disturbed my family check in..very rude n ill mannered front desk. 2 serving, 3 looked everywhere except guests, 1 at cashier desk. After 15mins I asked one of the 3, he said wait. queue. No smile, no please, no greetings. Cashier insisted only one breakfast though our booking was for 2, another 15mins wait. She said mktg's fault. check out..to avoid crowd i went to chk out at 8am. front desk took away room card wo asking wat time i m checking out. no apologies. staff..they r everywhere within 2m smile n nothing else. no one helped us w the lift door w our hands full of bags n coffee..she/he only smile. key card not working, staff smiled brightly n said loudly in front of everyone inside e lift how wrong we are with the card and how she done itbright. I paid to be serviced n served not to be reminded n reprimanded. conceige.. westerners get the taxi first though we r infront n yes i understand both cn n en so pls dont lied to customers music..omg so loud inside the lift n lobby without considering time of the day. The feeling is not soothing at all. Never this hotel. Little value for my three nights' stay. Look forward to Sofitel in my next trip to Sha.
