携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 s***n 2017-02-26I'm Korean and I went to Hotel to stay a night there bringing A Documents of Legal Stay in China issued by police station as I applied the Working Visa some days ago, So my passport is in Police Station at the moment. A Staff named Ella said , my documents will be expired the following day as the date which I have to receive the Passport shown on the Document was that day. So, She refused to do Check-in process in the beginning. I asked her to call to police station to clarafy and she hesitate to call and insisit on impossible of doing the check-in process. Finally She called and there is no problem for the document to stay in China even before I get the passport from Police. And I can do the flight check in without any problem the following day !!!! Once she knew that she was wrong , but she didn't say nothing. I think she apologize to me when she know that my document has no problem. But even she again asked me to show of the flight ticket to back to my city. I asked her why I have to show you of the ticket , She said I have to leave Beijing till tmorrow !!!! Does she know of the law ?? Dose she has right asking me to show of the Flight Ticket to her ??? Nobody can do like that if they are not policeman who is in chage of this matter. I duly aks to Hotel to apologize me immediately and Hotel should give a chance to re-educate the Staff. Please remember as follws : Goog Hotel can't built in a day !!!!
