携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 b***g 2018-09-27酒店服务员态度冷漠，很差，服务不到位，较之以前的态度没法比较，没想到好好的一个五星宾馆会变成这样，真是失望，还要接着住几天，27号一早明明两个人的早餐，又登记了一个人吃早饭服务员一点素质都没有，明明每个桌子没有配齐胡椒和盐，还随便拿别人桌上正在使用的，拿走之前尽然不闻不问，也不问问别人还用不用，直接拿走！真是不知道这个宾馆怎么变成这样了？ It is really so bad feeling for this time . The waiters’s attitude is not warm and not welcome and so so bad !!!. It is really much worse than before !! And there are not salt and pepper on each table , and the Waiter take the salt before no asking the customer whether she still need or not , they just take is directly without any asking !! What happened for this five stars hotel Everything changes , not like before !! I still need to stay here one night , and when I took breakfast , I book two people but there is only one permission why ?? What happened for this hotel , so bad now
