携程网(Ctrip)住店用户德***杰 2017-07-01I am very surprised that the service is terrible as I have been staying in Ramadan hotel for many times in other city and inclusive the old one near Shanghai pudding international airport. Upon my arrival with my other colleagues from Singapore and UK, we intend to have dinner, however they staff's are so busy serving those customers having buffet, we are told to have buffet instead taking normal steaks order, the reasons given is no time to service us and steaks Will need and hour..... when we taking our breakfast, no spoon, folks and couldn't get anyone serving us, reasons given not enough staff's. the overall impressions given to us this hotel is not ready for opening and service anyone customers and poor management team, it will be our last time visiting this hotel, but not other outlet locations.
