携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 c***n 2017-04-30住了那么多品牌，第一次吃早饭时候被要求在门口等着，等门口的服务员服务好几个外国人，报了房间号也没用，说等着。崇洋媚外之盛，较之国外有过之而无不及。中国人都看不起中国人，怎么让别人尊重自己。而且我订的套房是有四份早餐的，前台看我们四人中有一个小孩，自动减为三份，吃早饭还叫我加钱。酒店硬件再好，服务有瑕疵都是浪费。

Second , the bathroom of my room has some problem - and from morning 9 am until 11, no one come to repair and solve this problem .That means the good name would not bring good service for you! Next time should be careful where to spend money.
