When we went bar/restaurant at lobby level 20 minutes prior closing, we were told no service is available. we challenged waitress about closing time, finally we waited about half hours to get a sandwich to eat. The attitude of waitress was unacceptable considering the level of this hotel. Therefore since then we stay at Trade instead of this one.
