Arrived at the hotel around 1:15pm, but was told no room ready and refused to issue the key, even after we said that we would not go up to the room until after 2pm. And the front desk people were cold and not helpful at all. The three stars is for the mangers, they came out and were very nice and apologetic, certainly made us feel better.
