I was taken high expectation to Sanya after golden week on October ,and due to my baby reason I booked this hotel for baby food cooking, but most of the arrangement is unsatisfied. First, safety management, I was fallen down from bed, and hurt my foot, the reason is funny, the spring in bed is broken, so there is no strongly support when I step on it. Second, emergency response management, when the case happened, no body take care me at very beginning. The manager came out after my strongly requirement. Third, reception shift on duty management, when I check out, the reception said no any information about compensation even me already confirm with them again and again. Unacceptable, bad feeling.
