携程网(Ctrip)住店用户 Y***n 2019-05-04Worst experience ever! I have stayed many hotels, from low-end motel, to some luxury hotels. The service people in Conrad Guangzhou is absolutely the worst. Unbelievable! So arrogant! The tone, the language, the attitude is insulting to a customer. Never seen such rude behaviors. I would punch his face if we were in somewhere else. After all the arguments, I said I was going to write down a review to reflect what I just experienced. The front desk laughed and said “Thank you, Sir!” The rest of the experience was also nothing good. I will NEVER recommend my friends to stay here to take such terrible service and unnecessary humiliation...
第一次见到这么傲慢的服务态度,轻蔑的眼神对客人的羞辱,是我从来没有见过的。
之前来广州都住四季和柏悦,这次是看康莱德价格低很多,毕竟康莱德也是高端五星酒店。我办理入住的时候就彻底理解为什么同样优质硬件和位置,价格低这么多,网上评论也差一截,服务人员态度极为傲慢……可怜了希尔顿集团,好好的高端产品,因为基层人员管理不到位,价格只好比其他酒店便宜一截。
我在办理入住时出示了希尔顿会议钻卡,前台当场告诉我没有任何会员待遇,因为必须从官网订房。我问为什么我在其他酒店携程订房是没有积分,但前台也会因为我是会员对待呢?虽然我不打算用什么。这时隔壁的前台过来说:“先生,我可以给你打一份规定你自己看!”我说:我是来接受服务的,不是来学习你们的制度的。接下来的几分钟,对方一直轻蔑的笑着怼我,没有一句安抚或者道歉。服务人员放下手中的工作,来和我吵架。我说难怪携程评论里很多人都说你们服务态度恶劣,我回头也要携程上评论一下。前台人员笑着挑衅的说:“好的,谢谢您!”
进了房间后发现电视遥控器不好使,浴室更是离奇的没有遮挡,这也不是情侣酒店,家长当着孩子,在透明玻璃的浴室洗澡方便吗?
整个体验是一个噩梦,怪我自己盲目相信希尔顿集团的品牌。我永远不会再来这家酒店,也不推荐任何人来这里遭受他们的羞辱。
